6. Governing Law; Jurisdiction;
Venue This Agreement shall be

jurisdiction in the City and County

unlawful, void, or for any reason
unenforceable, then that provision
shall be deemed severable from this
Agreement and shall not affect the

Destinations may at any time, in its
sole discretion, revise these Terms
and Conditions by updating them on
this legal page ("Legal Page"). You
are bound by any such revisions and
should therefore periodically visit
