Black Butte Ranch is a gated community with world class golfing, swimming, restaurants, tennis, spa, biking trails, and a community hot tub open year round. This lovely home is located on the 17th green of the Big Meadow Golf Course - an easy walk to the clubhouse! There are two bedrooms with queen beds and a room with bunk beds. The living room has floor to ceiling windows that face the golf course. A fireplace with TV are in the family room adjacent to the large kitchen. For the cook there is a gourmet kitchen with a double oven, large built-in refrigerator, and a bar sink. Enjoy breakfast on one of two decks overlooking the 17th green while critiquing a few puts. One deck is sunny, the other covered for shade - nice on those hot summer days. The home now features art from Don Terra Artworks in Sisters, OR.
