This beautifully designed and renovated historic house sits on 1 acre and features a gourmet kitchen, screened outdoor room, hot tub, a two-way wood fireplace, lots of sunshine and plenty of room for children to run. There are several areas for people to gather and converse. This 4 bedroom house has a queen bed in three rooms and twins in the fourth. One bedroom is located in a renovated one-room cabin that holds a queen bed. There is a loft with a futon for additional sleeping and a twin bed in a side office area. Only a short drive to Black Butte Ranch and golfing, swimming, tennis, biking, spa and restaurants.
