(does not include 11.1% tax - $75 cleaning fee for top/main floor only, $100 for the entire house)
Pricing is for top/main floor access only. Sleeps 2-6 people. Whole house access (which includes daylight basement with queen bed, family room with sleeper sofa, full bath and kitchenette) is an additional $80.00 per night for sleeping 7 or more. For winter holiday dates the entire house must be rented.
Mid-week Special Pricing: $50 per night refundable discount for Sun.-Thur. bookings (excludes holidays)
